  2. About the Amazon Dispute

At the time Amazon UK Services revenues grew to an eye-watering £6.06bn, Amazon bosses gave workers a real-terms pay cut of around 8% less than inflation.

Amazon workers are worth more.

They’re joining GMB Union, and they’re fighting back.

Amazon workers are standing together for a wage they can live on and they’re taking on one of the world’s richest companies to get it. As one of the workers at Coventry said,

“I don’t want Jeff Bezos’s boat, I definitely don’t want his rocket- I just want to live”

GMB Union members at Coventry have already made history with the first strike at an Amazon warehouse in the UK, but the fight is still going on.
